जन्म हे घरी झालेले असून, जन्म दिनांकापासून पासून 21 दिवसाच्या आत नाव निशुल्क नोंदविले जाईल. जन्म दिनांकापासून बावीस दिवसानंतर व तीस दिवसाचे आत बाळाचे नाव नोंदवायचे असल्यास 20 रुपये उशिरा फी आकारली जाईल. तसेच जन्म दिनांकापासून तीस दिवसानंतर व 1 वर्ष्याच्या आत बाळाचे नाव नोंदवायचे असल्यास 50 रुपये उशिरा फी आकारली जाईल.

To register child name if birth happend in house and reported after 22 days but within 30 days from the date of birth 20 Rupees Late fee will be charged. And to register child name if birth happend in house and reported after 30 days but within 1 year from the date of birth 50 Rupees Late fee will be charged.
